You retain all rights to files you process on Compressfy. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or process.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Compressfy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

100% uptime or availability
Specific compression ratios or results
Compatibility with all file formats
Freedom from bugs or errors

7. Limitation of Liability

Compressfy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using our service. Our total liability is limited to $0.

8. File Upload Limits

You may upload files up to 1GB per file. We reserve the right to modify limits at any time.

9. Service Availability

We make no guarantees about continuous service availability. We may modify or discontinue tools at any time.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Compressfy constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
